Web Presence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain landing pages and essential site experiences utilizing WordPress and Elementor.

• Convert wireframes and Figma designs into fully operational pages; guarantee pixel-perfect execution and responsiveness.

• Oversee a swift page production system (50–200 new pages each year) across various industries, use cases, and offerings.

• Collaborate with our Creative, Copy, and SEO teams to ensure brand consistency, alignment of messaging, and integrity of performance.

• Manage the CRO testing pipeline—conduct A/B tests on copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers to continually gauge and enhance lead-to-deal conversion.

• Track site performance metrics (CPL, CVR, bounce rates, form drop-off) and proactively suggest enhancements.

• Execute and analyze experiments using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools like VWO or Convert.com.

• Establish and maintain precise event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.

• Perform QA on all new pages to ensure tag firing, conversion pixel precision, and UTM consistency.

• Partner with Marketing Ops to guarantee seamless data flows to CRM, data platforms, and dashboards.

• Work directly in Figma to refine high-performing layouts.

• Enhance for clarity, visual appeal, and conversion effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience managing web presences or CRO for a rapidly growing SaaS or services brand.

• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress (Elementor) and Figma. Strong visual design skills are highly preferred.

• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.

• Proven track record of improving key metrics through systematic experimentation.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for minor customizations and troubleshooting.

• Strong design sensibility—understands contemporary visual standards, typography, and responsive layouts.

• Self-driven, quick-paced, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
