Web & Mobile Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance workflows, boost efficiency, generate code and test cases, fine-tune performance, gather user feedback, summarize user challenges, and create superior products.

• Partner with Product and Design teams to transform business requirements into user-friendly, production-ready web and mobile applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications for Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of users worldwide.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to devise scalable APIs and ensure smooth integration with high-performance systems.

• Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design), establishing benchmarks for future development.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, supported by rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and performance profiling.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance across various devices and platforms, and provide a seamless, high-quality user experience.

• Document design decisions, architectural choices, and development processes to facilitate collaboration and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience in React; familiarity with modern tools like Tailwind and Rspack is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Android development (Kotlin/Java), Android Studio, and essential components (Activities, Fragments); familiarity with Jetpack/MVVM is preferred.

• Solid grasp of networking principles; experience with REST APIs/Retrofit integration is highly appreciated.

• Experience using Git/GitHub and engaging in collaborative workflows.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development processes (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case generation, performance analysis).

• Enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology and a desire to explore the application of AI to large-scale engineering challenges.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the capacity to collaborate in a dynamic, international engineering environment.
