Web Developer, WordPress, PHP, Hosting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and continuous improvement of WordPress websites, themes, and custom plugins.

• Technical planning and execution of client-specific requirements.

• Analysis, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement of existing websites.

• Setup, configuration, and management of hosting environments (e.g., servers, domains, SSL).

• Integration and connection of third-party systems and APIs.

• Implementation of responsive and user-friendly front-end designs.

• Coordination and communication with clients to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience (minimum 2–3 years) in WordPress development.

• Strong expertise in PHP, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.

• Proficient in working with MySQL databases.

• Familiarity with hosting environments, domains, and web servers.

• Knowledge of version control systems is a plus.

• Understanding of performance optimization, security, and maintenance for WordPress websites.

• Structured, independent, and solution-focused working style.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• Good proficiency in both German and English.
