Mid-level .NET, Angular, SQL Server Developer – AI, Spec-Driven Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business needs and convert them into well-defined, structured technical solutions.

• Design and enhance applications utilizing .NET, Angular, REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases, along with various integrations.

• Leverage AI tools to assist in development, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code analysis.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of solutions and AI-enhanced code, ensuring quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage in API design, data modeling, integrations, and making technical decisions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, technical standards, and the quality of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in developing with C# and .NET.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Understanding of SQL Server or other relational database systems.

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, authentication, authorization, and system integrations.

• Knowledge of architectural best practices, code organization, design patterns, and the principle of separation of concerns.

• Experience with Git, source control, and collaborative development practices.

• Analytical mindset to assess code, identify technical challenges, and suggest improvements.

• Strong communication skills, self-management, organization, and the ability to work alongside technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to aid in development, analysis, documentation, and testing.

• Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar.

• Background in specification-driven development, technical documentation, or Spec-Driven Development.

• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and failure analysis.
