Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Operation Blessing's online presence through website design, content management, support for email marketing, fundraising efforts, analytics, and project coordination.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and external development partners to create impactful digital experiences that align with ministry, marketing, and fundraising goals.

• Support ministry activities and contribute to OB’s Biblical mission of providing assistance in Christ’s name to address both physical and spiritual needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in web development and design.

• Solid understanding of email marketing platforms and industry best practices.

• Proficient in internet production tools.

• Familiarity with ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic, or Java is desirable.

• Knowledge of WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent skills in design practices, modeling, and system documentation.

• Continuous willingness to learn new methods and technologies and apply them effectively.

• Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently and contribute effectively as a member of a creative team.

• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management, staff, and the public.

• Exhibit practical application of Biblical principles and practices in harmony with Operation Blessing's Christian mission.
