This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the website and ensure it remains updated.
• Foster ongoing enhancements of the website, treating it as a dynamic product rather than a static asset.
• Enhance and elevate inputs.
• Refine stakeholder contributions prior to launch: sharpen copy, improve the hierarchy of information and design, and address quality gaps as required.
• Maintain and establish a consistent standard for brand, voice, accessibility, and visual quality across every page — possessing the skill to make edits directly rather than merely directing others.
• Define, monitor, and report on outcomes.
• Establish quantitative metrics aligned with the website's goals, and create a tracking and reporting rhythm that holds teams accountable to those metrics.
• Regularly assess and enhance SEO, GEO (generative/AI search), and user-funnel performance, converting insights into prioritized enhancements.
• Develop the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to design and build the tools and infrastructure that support the site — including CMS, analytics tools, and systems for blog, support/help content, and related platforms.
• Align teams and messaging.
• Unite teams to craft cohesive messaging for design and product updates, ensuring the site conveys a unified narrative.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and retrospectives that keep cross-functional projects progressing.
• Connect the content ecosystem.
• Ensure strong connections between the website and related content — including blogs, podcasts, and other channels — allowing for seamless traffic, messaging, and discovery to flow to and from the site.
• Manage miscellaneous tasks as needed to advance the website and its objectives.
• Over 7 years of experience in web operations, digital project management, design production, or a web producer role — preferably overseeing a company's public-facing website.
• Strong project management skills: including intake, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and transparent status communication.
• A genuine craft skillset. You can independently carry out significant design and copy edits to a professional standard — proficient in design tools, able to operate within an established design system and brand guidelines, and skilled at writing and refining clear, on-brand web copy. You don't need to be the lead designer, but merely providing feedback is insufficient for this role.
• Data competency: comfort in setting up and interpreting web/analytics data (e.g., GA4 and similar), and translating it into actionable decisions. This role lacks purpose without metrics.
• Working knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices, conversion optimization, and contemporary CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and QA workflows (including brand, accessibility/WCAG, and SEO checks prior to launch).
• Technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineering on tooling and infrastructure choices.
• Experience with multilingual/multiregion localization projects.
• Competitive Salary & Stock Options
• Health Benefits
• New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
• Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card
