Web Automation, AI Solutions Builder – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop automation solutions utilizing AI, low-code, and no-code platforms.

• Recognize repetitive processes across various teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Support) and replace them with scalable systems.

• Independently establish architecture and select the appropriate tools/stack.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and shape effective solutions.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions to formulate efficient, AI-driven strategies.

• Create lightweight internal tools and integrations.

• Present proposed solutions and facilitate team onboarding.

• Conduct small workshops aimed at enhancing AI literacy and fostering adoption throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical background (developer experience is advantageous, but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in English and Russian.

• Approximately 1+ year of practical experience with AI tools, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities and a problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in developing solutions.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of explaining technical concepts in straightforward terms.

• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, OpenAI APIs, etc., is a plus.
