This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assess the effectiveness of website initiatives, marketing strategies, design modifications, and collaborative projects.
• Evaluate customer journeys, engagement metrics, conversion pathways, and page-specific performance.
• Create, oversee, and analyze A/B tests and other website experiments.
• Utilize web analytics and behavioral analytics tools to examine usability, engagement, and conversion trends.
• Generate regular reports detailing website engagement, session behaviors, funnel performance, and emerging insights.
• Convert vaguely defined stakeholder inquiries into organized analytical frameworks.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to reveal performance challenges, behavioral discrepancies, and optimization possibilities.
• Collaborate with marketing, web, product, and operations teams to define measurement criteria and success indicators.
• Investigate the correlation between website traffic, lead origins, and downstream sales performance.
• Create dashboards, data summaries, and written insights that present complex findings in an understandable manner for leadership.
• Keep track of analytics data for outages, anomalies, tracking discrepancies, or unanticipated performance shifts.
• Document measurement methodologies, insights, and systematic reporting processes.
• 5–7+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficient experience with Google Analytics or a similar web analytics tool.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
• Solid understanding of website engagement metrics, conversion rates, click-through rates, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
• Proven experience in designing and assessing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts such as significance, confidence intervals, sample size, and statistical power.
• Ability to transform unclear business questions into structured analytical methodologies.
• Experience in supporting marketing, growth, e-commerce, or web experience teams.
• Skill in translating raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and data storytelling abilities.
• Capability to independently manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and simultaneous requests.
