This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of day-to-day configurations of ADP Workforce Now, including security roles, workflows, custom fields, and overall system health.
• Convert business requirements into configured, tested, launched, and validated system solutions.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and implementation of ADP product releases and system enhancements.
• Manage integrations among payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms.
• Control role-based access and ensure maintenance of SOX-ready access review documentation.
• Handle vendor relationships, track SLAs, manage escalations, and maintain awareness of contracts.
• Lead HR systems and data projects from start to finish, which includes scoping, configuration, testing, rollout, and documentation.
• Replace manual workflows with automated processes utilizing AI-assisted tools.
• Keep documented controls and organize audit evidence in collaboration with Legal and Finance departments.
• Plan and communicate system changes, which includes testing plans, rollout strategies, and runbooks.
• Define data standards, establish quality benchmarks, assign field ownership, and create retention policies.
• Prepare, review, analyze, and report on People data; develop custom reports and dashboards for executive review.
• Conduct recurring data audits and maintain comprehensive audit logs.
• Maintain process documentation and create training materials.
• Assist employees and managers with system-related inquiries, access issues, and ad hoc requests.
• Oversee systems operations for various processes such as open enrollment, compensation cycles, reorganizations, payroll close, and year-end activities.
• Extensive functional knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including workflow configuration, report creation, security role management, and integration troubleshooting.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
• Experience in business process design from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch validation.
• Capability to translate unclear business needs into effective system solutions.
• Background in process automation and utilization of AI-assisted tools.
• Strong data management skills, including custom reporting, data audits, and data quality oversight.
• Familiarity with SOX or audit compliance.
• Project management skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and sound judgment.
• Proactive attitude and resilience in the face of uncertainty.
