Web Administrator – Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Operate, maintain, and continuously enhance the cryptoticker platform.

• Take charge of deployments, environments, and release processes on Vercel.

• Manage and expand our Strapi-based content management system.

• Oversee, monitor, and optimize databases including Supabase, Neon, and PostgreSQL.

• Ensure the performance, availability, and security of the entire technology stack.

• Handle DNS, caching, security rules, and WAF through Cloudflare.

• Identify and resolve production issues, including implementing long-term solutions.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability practices.

• Support and integrate Web3-related features, APIs, and external services.

• Work closely with editorial and product teams on new features and technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Next.js in live production settings.

• Practical experience with Vercel deployments and environment management.

• Strong knowledge of Strapi, including custom content types, APIs, and roles & permissions.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and managed services like Supabase or Neon.

• Solid understanding of modern web performance, scalability, and security principles.

• Familiarity with Cloudflare services including DNS, caching, security, and WAF.

• Basic to strong knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a remote-first work environment.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in German is advantageous, particularly for internal communications.
