• Act as a central operational resource for Envestnet account management on behalf of Advisors and Financial Service Associates (FSAs).
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new TAMP accounts.
• Carry out ongoing account maintenance and modifications as instructed by the Advisor.
• Enter, track, and fulfill service requests within the TAMP and related custodial systems.
• Maintain a well-organized and prioritized task queue.
• Implement advisor-directed model changes, portfolio reallocations, and modifications to account goals.
• Ensure that all account activities, service actions, and notes are accurately documented.
• Collaborate with Advisors, FSAs, Compliance, and Operations teams to investigate issues.
• Aid in the development, documentation, and improvement of standardized TAMP workflows.
• Support training and onboarding initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a financial services or technology-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in account management and data entry.
• Strong aptitude for technology.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing in a team-oriented environment.
