Water Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Operational Leadership – manages multiple projects concurrently or oversees large and complex projects.

• Establishes execution strategies and ensures adherence to project plans.

• Proactively identifies risks and implements strategies for mitigation.

• Engages with stakeholders effectively and appropriately.

• Safety & Environmental Leadership – fosters a safety culture across all projects, ensuring full compliance with both company and regulatory safety and environmental standards.

• Financial & Business Accountability – collaborates closely with the Project Manager to guarantee project profitability and maintain cost control.

• Reviews and modifies labor, equipment, and production plans to achieve margin goals.

• Contributes to bid proposals.

• People Leadership – cultivates an engaging work environment for teams, often spanning multiple locations, in alignment with KBL Values.

• Responsible for resource planning, performance management, and employee development.

• Technical Expertise – possesses a profound understanding of advanced water management solutions such as water treatment, sludge treatment, and stormwater management, and is eager to learn our specialized systems and associated equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the industry.

• Mechanically inclined and motivated to continue learning on the job.

• Awareness of the responsibilities tied to supervising a crew, including adherence to provincial laws and regulations.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills, capable of conveying and receiving information promptly in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
