
Water Management Equipment Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Deliver service and account management support for clients within a designated region.
β’ Conduct water tests and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
β’ Contribute to the maintenance of Comprehensive Water Management Programs by analyzing microbiological and water chemistry data.
β’ Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries.
β’ Carry out minor maintenance on water monitoring instruments and perform on-site readings using testing devices (such as chlorine, temperature, and pH measurements).
β’ Gather building water samples for laboratory culture analysis.
β’ After completing training, mentor or train colleagues to promote consistent knowledge sharing and team development.
β’ A background in science, engineering, or mathematics is preferred (a 4-year Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
β’ Capability to learn the operation of equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant levels in water.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
β’ Self-motivated with a proactive "can do" mindset.
β’ Keen desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
β’ Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
β’ Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment while managing multiple priorities.
β’ Proficient in using MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications.
β’ Mileage reimbursement available.
β’ Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required occasionally.
