This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assume complete responsibility for the warranty claims process, from the initial intake of customer requests to resolution and tracking.
• Efficiently manage 30-day customer exchanges and returns, ensuring a smooth experience for customers while adhering to company policies.
• Operate effectively within our internal e-commerce systems and platforms from your remote home office.
• Support the implementation and refinement of a new CRM and ticketing workflow currently under development over the next few weeks.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the sleep apnea and CPAP product category to grasp technical specifications and customer challenges.
• Contribute to product-informed sales initiatives, handle inbound inquiries, and facilitate customer upsells once fully knowledgeable in the product area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialized E-commerce Customer Support, Operations, or Technical Support. (Experience in medical, health, or wellness sectors is highly advantageous).
• Quick adaptability to new tools; familiarity with modern CRMs, helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias), and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment where workflows and systems are continually being developed and enhanced.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the capability to confidently discuss technical or medical-related products.
