This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, implement, and uphold warranty policies, procedures, and work instructions for both internal and external teams.
• Investigate, process, and resolve warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding warranties.
• Analyze warranty data to detect trends, identify root causes, and uncover opportunities for enhancement.
• Prepare reports and presentations reflecting warranty performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and service teams to minimize the recurrence of incidents.
• Enhance the efficiency of part analysis and improve product reliability.
• Lead and mentor professionals in warranty management.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and operational targets.
• Work alongside suppliers, vendors, OEMs, and regulatory bodies to resolve warranty issues and negotiate terms.
• Assess financial risks associated with warranty claims and monitor costs related to warranties.
• Propose strategies aimed at cost reduction while upholding quality standards.
• 3–5+ years of experience in warranty management.
• 5–10+ years of industry experience in technical systems; experience in metal buildings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards.
• Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.
• Metal Buildings panel installation training certification is optional.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
