This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• This position is fully remote.
• The Family Nurse Practitioner will be tasked with delivering primary care, medical consultations, and urgent care for women experiencing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
• Daily responsibilities will encompass gathering patient histories, analyzing medical records, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating ailments, and formulating treatment plans.
• The FNP should be proficient in telehealth services and have access to a reliable computer equipped with video capabilities and a high-speed internet connection.
• You will also have a virtual assistant at your disposal.
• Our operations are efficiently organized as we are a technology-driven company.
• We operate on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model and do not accept insurance, hence no credentialing is necessary.
• Candidates must hold FL, IL, WA, OR, MA, MD, and AZ state licensures as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Must be a resident of one of the states we serve.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using technological devices and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in managing patients with PCOS is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is necessary.
• No DEA license is required.
• A cover letter/email detailing your interest and experience is mandatory.
• A three-month probationary period will be enforced.
