This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with executive decision-makers.
• Manage strategic enterprise opportunities from initial introduction to closing.
• Forge partnerships across the home services ecosystem.
• Represent Broccoli at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on strategies for enterprise growth.
• Assist in positioning Broccoli as the premier AI platform for home services.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, partnerships, consulting, or leadership within the industry.
• Established executive-level relationships within home services, private equity, franchising, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing large, complex deals.
• Experience engaging with or selling to multi-location businesses.
• Outstanding executive communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and generate opportunities from the ground up.
• Existing connections with PE-backed operators, franchise groups, or major home service organizations (Strongly Preferred).
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, or other field-service sectors (Strongly Preferred).
• Familiarity with operational software, business transformation, or technology adoption initiatives (Strongly Preferred).
