This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead and drive innovative social media initiatives for healthcare clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the digital visibility of healthcare brands.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality content, provide creative direction, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a senior advisor, aligning strategies with clients’ objectives and industry trends.
• Supervise and maintain the highest standards for all content generated by the agency.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on design and content strategies.
• Review and approve final social media content to ensure it aligns with creative goals.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and assess success.
• Stay updated on evolving social media trends and healthcare marketing regulations.
• Participate in leadership discussions regarding staffing requirements and project timelines.
• Oversee social media reputation management and strategies for crisis response.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in social media strategy, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare marketing or related sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive business results.
• Proficient in utilizing social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance issues affecting social media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
• Experience in paid social media advertising, including strategy development, budget management, and ROI tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in social media marketing.
