This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive growth in client accounts, initially focusing on the Northeast, which holds the largest portfolio, and progressively broaden influence and revenue generation on a national scale.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, particularly CFOs and other key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Navigate and influence complex stakeholder landscapes, comprehending the internal mechanisms required to secure business at both regional and national levels.
• Represent IKS in the Northeast — fostering relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting solutions that deliver value.
• Collaborate with various IKS teams (sales, delivery, operations, leadership) to design and implement consultative RCM solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner and problem solver, converting business challenges into actionable, revenue-generating strategies.
• Lead with both vision and execution — formulating strategic growth plans and actively participating in their implementation.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales quotas, which will be outlined and discussed during the interview process.
• Proven success (10+ years) in healthcare sales, account management, or business development, preferably within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services.
• At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years at the VP level in the provider healthcare market or as a healthcare consultant (ambulatory or acute, or health system clinical or administrative operations).
• 8+ years of experience in large enterprise healthcare sales.
• Strong understanding of navigating enterprise healthcare clients, including both payers and providers.
• Proven ability to grow accounts internally — not just acquiring new clients, but also expanding existing partnerships.
• Must reside in the Northeast, New England, to facilitate travel and availability.
• Strong financial acumen with the capability to align solutions with client financial objectives.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally to the Midwest as client relationships expand nationally.
• Comfortable leading in dynamic, change-driven environments.
• Preferred: Experience working with or within large healthcare systems or organizations.
• Background in both sales and consultative business leadership.
• Established network within the Northeast healthcare market.
