This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for leading and cultivating a team of Business Development Consultants to promote systematic growth.
β’ Conducting organized weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
β’ Reviewing live deals at each stage of the process
β’ Ensuring a minimum of three times pipeline coverage (complete ownership of the sales funnel)
β’ Achieving team revenue goals and securing first-year revenue
β’ Upholding accuracy in forecasts and maintaining CRM discipline
β’ Guaranteeing smooth, delivery-ready transitions (including scope, assumptions, risks, and timelines)
β’ Building partner ecosystems and enhancing opportunities for self-generated new logos
β’ Overseeing cross-functional collaboration between sales and marketing
β’ Leading technology adoption initiatives
β’ 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B professional services sales
β’ At least 3 years in a sales leadership role (managed a team of 2 to 8 sellers)
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting team quotas
β’ Experience in collaborating with marketing teams
β’ Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth objectives
β’ Strong discipline in CRM usage and forecasting
β’ Experience in establishing referral ecosystems
β’ Familiarity with CAS/outsourced accounting; EOS experience is preferred.
