This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a cohesive Relationship Management and Account Management framework that ensures a seamless and high-quality experience for clients.
• Take full ownership of the client experience, merging strategic relationship management with effective execution of account management in the Mid/Large segment.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth through proactive engagement and the implementation of a robust service model.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Attract, develop, and maintain top talent within the organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead and nurture the Relationship Management team to provide impactful client engagement, anticipating needs, solving complex challenges, and consistently seeking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and broaden solutions.
• Propel team performance by ensuring the Account Management team delivers consistent, responsive, and high-quality service in daily operations, issue resolution, and client deliverables.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role’s responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in management, strategy, and influencing senior management or critical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong understanding of retirement plan administration.
• Proven ability to successfully recruit, retain, develop, and coach staff through a culture of real-time performance feedback, with a focus on building both technical and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., senior/executive management, peers, and colleagues); demonstrated ability to create innovative and collaborative solutions.
• Required to obtain FINRA S6, S63, and life and health licenses within 90 days, preferably upon hiring.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
