This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships and enhance the assets of designated Wealth Management clients.

• Offer wholesaling assistance and value-added services.

• Arrange on-site meetings and address client inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with an Internal Wholesaler to execute the territory plan.

• Utilize fund analysis software systems effectively.

• Create and implement marketing strategies for assigned clients.

• Work in partnership with marketing and communications program managers.

• Support the timely distribution of sales information.

• Identify and maintain updated lists of key influencers and producers.

• Keep a record of sales activities and call data.

• Analyze sales data to generate reports and suggest enhancements.

• Engage in regional and national conferences.

• Stay informed about investment management and industry developments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over five years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.

• Series 7 and 63 licenses.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, or a suitable combination of education and work experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills, investment analysis capability, and proficient written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Morningstar Principia, Zephyr StyleAdvisor, MS Outlook, Salesforce CRM software, and Market Metrics data.

• Exhibits the American Century Investments Winning Behaviors: Client Focused, Courageous and Accountable, Collaborative, Curious and Adaptable, Competitively Driven.

• Ten years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within asset management (Preferred).

• Familiarity with all distribution channels, including RIAs, independent and regional broker-dealers, and wire houses (Preferred).
