This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and sustain profitable, productive relationships with financial advisors within a designated territory to effectively enhance sales and market presence.
• Oversee client relationships primarily through in-person meetings across the territory, supplemented by telephone and email interactions. Utilize strategic scheduling and calendar management to optimize client engagement and ensure activities align with territory priorities.
• Formulate and execute business plans for the territory with activity-focused objectives to direct daily priorities and monitor progress toward goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal wholesalers to further develop existing territories.
• Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and advantages of Global Atlantic products to financial advisors.
• Exhibit proficient use of client and territory management tools, including Salesforce.
• Leverage and optimize centers of influence within the territory.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial services sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and/or surpassing performance expectations.
• Drive performance metrics to successful completion.
• Expertise in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement plans, and relationship management.
• Responsible, diligent, and self-driven.
• Develop a strategic business approach within the territory, including executing business plans around key firms and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Capability to create and present effective presentations, seminars, workshops, and branch meetings to both current and prospective brokers.
• Adaptability with the capacity to accept, initiate, and manage change.
• Willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain all relevant State Licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority. Additionally, the following licenses must be acquired: Series 7, Series 63, and all necessary non-resident state licensing for all states within the territory.
