This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive negotiations with health plan clients to secure multi-year agreements
• Manage essential relationships and opportunities with health plan executives
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline through personal outreach and collaboration with internal teams
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly performance goals
• Contribute to the development of Verse’s payor partnerships playbook and procedures
• Create and market innovative contract models
• Represent Verse at conferences and industry gatherings
• 7-10+ years of experience in payor sales or business development
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives, including experience engaging C-suite executives
• Strong sense of independent responsibility with excellent follow-through abilities
• Capability to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiators in competitive, fast-paced settings
• Proficient in navigating complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to independently and consistently generate a sales pipeline
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% based on the sales cycle
• Meaningful Compensation: $250,000 base salary; $250,000+ variable compensation; separate equity package
