• Proactively identify challenges faced by producers and where partnerships can provide added value.

• Ensure that the partnership strategy is shaped by insights from the field and is rooted in genuine client and market needs.

• Manage relationships with carriers, ensuring clear expectations for measurable contributions to field success.

• Transition carrier engagement from transactional interactions to strategic collaboration, education, and innovation.

• Collaborate with field leadership to pinpoint key events where the sponsorship strategy can amplify impact.

• Organize carrier panels that feature true industry leaders and subject-matter experts.

• Provide clear and actionable reporting to the field on: Books of business, Carrier penetration, and Strategic opportunities.

• Significant leadership experience in Health & Benefits, partnerships, or carrier management.

• Extensive knowledge of field dynamics and carrier ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and achieve results.
