This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated content concerning operations strategy, process optimization, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

• Assess AI outputs for their practical relevance, realistic operational reasoning, and alignment with best practices.

• Create real-world operational scenarios and case studies based on your professional expertise.

• Develop scenario variations from various operational viewpoints (e.g., VP Operations, department head, stakeholder).

• Identify and rectify incomplete reasoning or gaps in AI-generated operational content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level operations executive (VP, COO, or department lead) with extensive experience in the EU or UK.

• Highly knowledgeable in managing large operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing organizational performance.

• Proficient in evaluating operational health, team dynamics, and execution effectiveness.

• Able to work independently and provide constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week with consistent communication.
