📋 Description

• Establish and direct the technological strategy for the organization

• Identify and assist teams in adopting appropriate tools, methods, and solutions

• Maintain high standards for quality and drive technological innovation

• Supervise technological initiatives throughout the organization

• Facilitate growth efforts through both conventional and innovative strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust background in software engineering and contemporary software development practices

• Proven experience in leading and managing technology teams

• Demonstrated history of building solutions utilizing AI or leading teams that develop AI-based solutions

• A clear vision for the integration of AI within a consulting framework

• Experience in spearheading initiatives to expand organizations

• Background in early-stage product engineering
