This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Develop and implement the Remote Sales strategy to enhance revenue diversification and gross profit contributions.
β’ Take ownership of revenue, gross profit, and retention goals by driving pipeline development, conversion rates, and deal acceleration.
β’ Build, manage, and expand a high-performing Remote Sales team.
β’ Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
β’ Set and uphold performance benchmarks.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 12 years of professional experience.
β’ Minimum of 4 years in a management role.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in professional sales.
β’ 5+ years of leadership experience.
β’ Proven track record of driving revenue and gross profit results.
β’ Strong financial insight, including expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and profitability management.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong).
