This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute program and project standards, service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), documentation, communication, training, and the adoption of all program/project management processes.
• Supervise the management of technical implementation projects to guarantee that the technology and processes put in place will scale effectively and meet the organization’s needs and growth.
• Employ a hands-on approach to directly oversee enterprise projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage a team of Technical Project Managers and/or Program Managers, defining success criteria and metrics within the project management discipline.
• Direct resource allocations, project margins, and revenue management.
• Lead a weekly forecasting meeting and provide updates on the comparison between planned and forecasted revenue.
• Conduct training sessions and formal lessons learned/postmortems to ensure that all insights are applied to future programs/projects.
• Ensure that all programs and technical projects are carried out in accordance with established methodologies, guaranteeing efficient value delivery aligned with organizational policies and SLAs.
• Develop effective resource allocation, capacity planning, and staffing procedures to support business and technological growth.
• Utilize project plans, status reports, proactive risk and change management, budgeting tools, and scope management to ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality, within budget and scope.
• Establish project goals, identify key stakeholders, and manage relationships by creating a clear stakeholder communication plan (including project reports, summaries, and steering committees).
• Set criteria for successful project delivery and ensure standards are upheld across all project phases, including planning, design, configuration, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
• Maintain structured Project Management and onboarding documentation in alignment with organizational policies.
• Directly oversee project activities through project plans and best practices in project management, assign tasks to cross-functional matrixed resources, provide guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project, and manage risks.
• Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for managing all aspects of IT projects and project administration.
• Effectively resolve escalations with appropriate customer and internal resources, collaborating cross-functionally with both internal and external business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
• Contribute to building a leading international Professional Services team through documentation creation, process enhancements, and training initiatives.
• Meet core KPI targets set in areas such as project commencement, cycle time, revenue, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and utilization.
• A minimum of 7 years leading Professional Services or Implementation teams within SaaS environments.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in leading enterprise SaaS and/or on-premises software implementations.
• Six Sigma or experience in process improvement is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is advantageous.
