VP of Product

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers.

• Take ownership of the prioritization, scoping, and scheduling processes for product and feature work.

• Define and propel the product roadmap.

• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for ensuring the quality and integrity of all applications and products.

• Advocate for the product and its users throughout the organization.

• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Engineering and Marketing teams.

• Track product performance metrics and gather customer feedback after launch.

• Collaborate with executive leadership during annual and quarterly planning sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management for consumer-facing mobile products.

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership position overseeing other Product Managers.

• Proven history of successfully bringing new products from concept to market and driving large-scale adoption.

• Established capability to define and articulate product vision.

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.

• Data-driven decision-maker with a background in defining and monitoring product KPIs, retention, engagement, and growth metrics.
