Chief Product Owner – Operations and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing a thorough evaluation system to assess the performance of the development team against both internal and external benchmarks.

• Automating the monitoring and reporting of project statuses across various development teams.

• Collaborating closely with Visit Integrity Platform and R&D leadership to synchronize product operations metrics and dashboards across AI/ML/Data Science, Application Development, and BI & Analytics.

• Overseeing the VIP customer analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the analytical requirements of each business segment, including user productivity, feature adoption, utilization, and customer ROI (for both portfolio-wide and individual customers).

• Serving as the primary coordinator between business Product Owners and BI & Analytics teams to guarantee the creation of high-quality business cases, clearly defined requirements, and the timely delivery of analytics that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of senior product ownership experience.

• OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of Fourteen (14) years of product ownership experience.

• 5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.

• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations.

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution (preferred).

• Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
