This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the establishment and management of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated Finance Applications aimed at the CFO's office.
• Facilitate the implementation of Finance Applications that utilize the Anaplan platform components, which include model and UX development, Application Framework, AI, user management, data integration, reporting, forecasting, etc., by:
• Collecting and prioritizing application requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts and customers.
• Documenting and managing the application's design, resources, work plan, and critical paths from approval to delivery, ensuring compliance with best practices, application development standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Anaplan QA Teams to formulate test plans, automate testing processes, and identify and rectify defects.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of Finance Applications.
• Promote alignment and consensus among Anaplan’s Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement Teams. Ensure the smooth integration of Finance Applications into Anaplan’s GTM strategy by:
• Assisting in the development of engaging conceptual demos and all necessary materials, including training, guides, and playbooks, to empower partners and internal teams.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Finance Applications, which includes user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Anaplan Partners to define and certify partner-developed applications.
• Mentor fellow product managers within the team, lead by example, and contribute to establishing best practices for the product management organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in relevant fields or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in product management and application development, particularly in finance-focused software solutions.
• Strong grasp of financial planning processes, methodologies, and systems, with domain expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in developing multi-dimensional planning models, preferably on the Anaplan platform.
• Solid understanding of contemporary AI concepts, such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development setting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
