This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a thorough marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals for enterprise scaling and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
• Take charge of Fama’s transformation into the essential solution for behavioral risk intelligence in the hiring process.
• Act as the main market advocate, establishing brand authority with C-suite HR leaders (CHRO, CPO, Head of TA) and Executive Search (CIO, COO, MD) through thought leadership, content supported by research, and engagement at the executive level.
• Collaborate with the CEO, VP of Revenue, and a wider group of stakeholders to convert market positioning into compelling narratives that succeed in competitive assessments and expedite enterprise deal cycles.
• Build and manage a high-speed, account-based marketing engine aimed at enterprise and upper mid-market companies across various regulated sectors.
• Take ownership of the entire demand generation strategy, with clear responsibility for educating prospects, contributing to the pipeline, and tracking influenced revenue against attribution models.
• Design and implement multi-touch, multi-channel ABM strategies that utilize intent data, customized outbound sequences, proactive engagement, and targeted paid media to effectively advance target accounts through the sales funnel at scale.
• Design and oversee a strong channel partner program focused on highly regulated, high-stakes industries as well as the wider HR Tech ecosystem.
• Work alongside our VP of Revenue to develop strategic partnerships that broaden market reach, enhance credibility in new verticals, and establish lasting competitive advantages.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, including more than 5 years in a senior leadership position within a B2B SaaS organization. Experience in GRC and HCM technology is essential.
• Proven success in building enterprise ABM engines from scratch, with measurable influence on pipeline and revenue attribution.
• Established history of developing or scaling channel and partner marketing initiatives, with partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a key performance indicator.
• Extensive knowledge in advancing digital presence beyond traditional SEO, incorporating AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Strong proficiency in AI-enhanced marketing operations; you have integrated Generative and Agentic AI tools into your team's daily operations and can provide concrete examples of productivity improvements.
• In-depth understanding of contemporary MarTech ecosystems: Hubspot, intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase), revenue attribution tools (Dreamdata), and large-scale marketing automation.
• Experience in or readiness to lead international market entry, including navigating localized regulatory frameworks.
