• Transform and enhance the engineering organization into a reliable and high-performing execution engine.

• Collaborate with product leadership to synchronize technical capabilities with product priorities.

• Oversee significant enterprise initiatives, including the modernization of the legacy codebase.

• Facilitate the successful implementation of AI-assisted tools across engineering and quality assurance teams.

• Shift the quality assurance framework from manual processes to automated testing.

• Optimize resource allocation for both innovation and ongoing maintenance efforts.

• Achieve extensive codebase refactoring within designated timelines.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering.

• At least 4 years in a senior engineering leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering organizations within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience in collaborating at the executive level to convert technical strategies into business results.

• Proven track record of owning and managing an engineering P&L.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale legacy modernization projects.

• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.

• Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated QA frameworks, and metrics programs.

• Outstanding strategic thinking and change leadership abilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
