β’ Cultivate senior client growth leaders who can engage executive stakeholders and manage intricate enterprise relationships.
β’ Collaborate across teams such as GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure profitability, scalability, and alignment of account plans with client outcomes.
β’ Enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making through accurate forecasting, health metrics, renewal planning, and management of the expansion pipeline.
β’ You are naturally a builder, with a proven history of scaling client growth or account management organizations within agency, consulting, or professional services sectors.
β’ You possess a robust commercial acumen and understand how to transform trusted client relationships into sustainable business expansion.
β’ You are knowledgeable in commercial strategy, encompassing pricing, scoping, contract negotiation, margin management, and portfolio forecasting.
β’ You are adept at partnering with senior client stakeholders and executive teams, equipped with the judgment to influence, challenge, and establish trust at the highest levels.
β’ You are motivated by establishing operational rigor and cross-functional alignment, recognizing that sustainable growth stems from exceptional delivery, strong teams, and disciplined execution.
