This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
• Formulate and articulate an AI strategy that garners widespread alignment and support throughout the organization.
• Create and sustain an evolving roadmap of AI transformation projects across various teams.
• Establish a comprehensive AI learning program that includes regular 'step change' training sessions and frequent AI demonstrations tailored to each team.
• Enrich the organization with timely insights on AI advancements pertinent to each team, encouraging everyone to understand what is currently achievable and what innovations are on the horizon.
• Oversee the operational cadence of AI transformation — manage the meeting schedule and reporting forums (AI-Exec, AI-PD, and associated working groups) to ensure teams are aligned on sequencing and interdependencies.
• Approach with a listening-first mentality, actively engaging with individual contributors to understand on-the-ground realities before suggesting major changes — assess the actual situation versus leadership's perceptions, providing candid advice on the current state and future direction of AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering on tooling operations — prioritize tool requests and keep the organization informed about the AI tooling landscape (without making technical build decisions).
• Establish the organization’s inaugural AI adoption and impact measurement framework.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with the existing AI leaders in the organization as a collaborative thought partner.
• 6–8+ years of experience in a dynamic technology organization.
• Proven track record operating at a senior management level, or in a Chief of Staff-type position that leads through influence rather than authority.
• Direct experience facilitating the adoption of a significant new technology or operational method, ideally involving an AI adoption initiative in the past 1–2 years.
• Established history of collaboration across Product, Design, and Engineering departments.
• Experience in program/product management, strategy operations, or Chief of Staff-type roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Communications/Ops teams is beneficial, though not required.
