AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements from business teams and convert them into technical specifications.

• Provide training to end-users on the functionalities and best practices of AI agents.

• Design, configure, and implement AI agents utilizing BotDojo and other sanctioned AI tools.

• Develop workflows and conversation flows according to business needs.

• Offer continuous technical support to users.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI agents while tracking platform updates and features.

• Monitor the performance of AI agents, troubleshoot problems, and carry out maintenance and updates.

• Integrate AI agents with company systems and databases using scripting languages.

• Create automated workflows for data processing and agent setup.

• Ensure that AI agents comply with security, data privacy, quality, documentation, and version-control standards.

• Analyze usage metrics and performance data.

• Produce reports on business impact and efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in defining, debugging, and refining prompts for complex AI agents.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting/programming languages at an intermediate level.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, and agent workflow design principles, including guard rails and evaluations.

• Basic to intermediate skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Fundamental understanding of SQL and database concepts.

• Willingness to learn or basic familiarity with the BotDojo platform, including its interface, configuration options, and deployment processes.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
