This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of a portfolio comprising high-value client accounts, ensuring performance is aligned with KPIs, client satisfaction, and sustainable retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering robust relationships and offering strategic advice.
• Supervise and guide account management teams, ensuring top-notch execution, team development, and operational effectiveness.
• Work in partnership with executive leadership on overarching business strategy, identifying client growth opportunities, and initiating new business ventures.
• Propel integrated marketing strategies through social media, influencer marketing, public relations, paid media, partnerships, and experiential campaigns.
• Ensure coordination among internal teams (social, PR, creative, influencer) to deliver unified and impactful campaigns.
• Track and assess campaign performance, converting data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead client communications, reporting, and presentations, ensuring clarity, transparency, and significant impact.
• Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and event activations from conception to execution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or brand strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
• Significant experience working with health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts concurrently in a high-paced environment.
• Proven experience in leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, public relations, paid media, and the execution of integrated campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Experience in driving business growth through client retention, upselling, and new business acquisition.
• A highly strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
