• Lead the continuous improvement team while emphasizing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People losses.
• Oversee location-based Continuous Improvement leaders across all RealTruck sites.
• Establish realistic and ambitious timelines and expectations for project completion.
• Perform regular project evaluations and offer technical guidance.
• Serve as a change leader within the organization.
• Design and implement senior-level Lean training programs.
• Facilitate Lean training for employees at every level.
• Prepare and deliver metrics and project status updates to C-Suite executives and the board.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is necessary.
• At least 10 years of management experience is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing is essential.
• Familiarity with TPS and WCM methodologies is expected.
• Experience in delivering technical training is required.
• Strong facilitation and Lean Manufacturing skills are preferred.
• Proven capability to apply Lean Manufacturing tools, techniques, and methodologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports.
• An analytical and quantitative approach to problem-solving is essential.
