This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Direct the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, and Innovation throughout the organization.
• Create enterprise data governance, architecture, engineering, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee AI strategy, governance, adoption, and value realization, encompassing Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI and automation use cases that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Assess and scale emerging technologies and innovation initiatives that drive digital transformation and create competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with leaders across Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies and modernization initiatives.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology-driven business transformation and investment choices.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, governance, regulatory, and responsible AI standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across Data & Analytics, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-scale transformation, modernization, and innovation projects.
• Established experience in executing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Background in building and scaling high-performing technology organizations.
• In-depth understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, and contemporary data architectures.
• Experience in communicating effectively with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
