This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Proactively cultivate new business opportunities by identifying, targeting, and converting prospective accounts. Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outreach, utilizing networks, insights, and customized value propositions to engage senior stakeholders and drive opportunities from initial contact to qualification;
• Operate as a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mentality, taking complete ownership of pipeline generation. Independently identify opportunities, drive early-stage engagement, and maintain momentum with resilience, accountability, and a focus on achieving growth targets;
• Advocate for our Agentic AI, ML, and analytics offerings, assisting customers in extracting value from their data. Identify and recommend how Qualco solutions can help clients deliver high-quality services to their customers and achieve outstanding performance and experiences. Aid in transforming data into insights and ultimately into actionable activities that yield measurable results;
• Manage and develop customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues and/or oversee an account team providing day-to-day support, including coordinating all commercial aspects such as invoicing, pricing, etc.;
• Proactively explore untapped opportunities in the rapidly evolving domain of Generative AI and Agentic paradigms that can significantly impact and potentially disrupt established practices;
• Develop and execute plans for complex customer accounts to identify and establish relationships with key decision makers and influencers that facilitate effective engagement and issue resolution. Maintain ongoing relationships, ensure their needs are addressed, and act as a thought leader, sharing expertise and challenging client perspectives to promote value-added services;
• Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; customize standard materials to create presentations for decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; and pose relevant questions to gather information, assess the customer's level of interest, and identify and address areas needing further information or clarification;
• Leverage personal expertise to identify complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that align with the customer's needs. Determine how and where Qualco Agentic AI, ML, and analytical products and solutions can provide value and promote their use. Present these to the customer with a clear rationale and standard commercial terms to secure the customer's agreement. Highlight the value delivered to the client and drive negotiations to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome;
• Collaborate internally and act as the customer advocate within cross-functional teams to foster strong external customer relationships;
• Develop and implement a relationship management strategy for potential customer accounts to identify and establish connections with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization, enabling effective two-way communication and resolution of issues;
• Accurately enter customer information obtained through research and/or direct customer contact into the customer relationship management system, ensuring that the organization has quality data to facilitate effective customer retention and business development activities while ensuring team members maintain up-to-date customer relationship management data, identifying and resolving issues;
• Promote Qualco at industry events and cultivate a personal network within the sales territory;
• Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring adherence to these standards in all work;
• Ensure that all activities and responsibilities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the ongoing implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of GenAI, AI/ML, analytics, and data concepts;
• Experience in value-based or consultative selling;
• Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
