Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as an internal analytics consultant and data advocate for the Marketing, CRM, Customer Intelligence, and Product teams.

• Create, consolidate, and enhance analytical models and measurement frameworks for customer relationship initiatives.

• Construct and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistency, governance, and a holistic view of results.

• Examine customer behavior to uncover opportunities related to retention, purchase frequency, engagement, average ticket size, LTV, and other strategic metrics.

• Generate analyses to assess the outcomes of CRM, loyalty, personalization, and marketing campaigns, offering recommendations for optimization.

• Define and implement impact measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, control groups, hypothesis testing, and incremental analyses.

• Assess the performance of analytical and personalization models, pinpointing opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Convert complex analyses into executive recommendations through effective data storytelling.

• Assist business areas in their decision-making processes with statistical analyses and data-driven recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis aimed at addressing business challenges.

• Strong foundation in applied statistics, encompassing sampling, statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and impact analysis.

• Familiarity with designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests, control groups, and incremental analyses.

• Experience in analytical processes, including data collection, cleaning, manipulation, exploration, and visualization.

• Proficiency in SQL for managing large datasets.

• Programming skills in Python for data analysis and analytical modeling.

• Experience in developing metrics, indicators, and performance tracking models.

• Capability to present analyses and recommendations to business stakeholders utilizing data storytelling techniques.

• Knowledge of PySpark and Databricks.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
