This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy that aligns with Netomi’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the EVP of Operations and the executive leadership team regarding organizational design, workforce planning, and company culture.
• Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing People/HR team.
• Oversee global hiring strategies across technical, GTM, and G&A functions.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, enhance employer branding, and create talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and ensure outcomes that are high-quality and diverse.
• Optimize recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Shape and advance Netomi’s culture to promote high performance, inclusion, and innovation.
• Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
• Design and execute feedback systems (surveys, listening programs) along with actionable plans.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
• Create and implement performance management frameworks that align with company goals.
• Develop leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Equip managers with tools and training to effectively lead their teams.
• Promote learning and development initiatives at all organizational levels.
• Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to strategize on equity compensation and benchmarking.
• Ensure that rewards are aligned with performance metrics and company objectives.
• Build and enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to accommodate a growing global workforce.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Manage HRIS, people analytics, and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
• Support global expansion efforts, including hiring, compliance, and cultural integration across regions.
• Develop scalable processes for managing a distributed and remote-first workforce.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership on organizational planning, headcount strategy, and workforce budgeting.
• Partner with leadership on change management, restructuring, and scaling initiatives.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling HR/People functions within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.
• Experience working with global teams and navigating multi-jurisdictional employment practices.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align HR/People strategies with company outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven approach with experience in utilizing people analytics.
