This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of Global Demand & Growth Outcomes
• Develop and refine the global demand generation and growth marketing strategy, with a focus on pipeline growth, conversion efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Convert company revenue objectives into actionable demand plans, forecasts, operational metrics, and execution roadmaps.
• Design and implement a cohesive funnel strategy for sales-led initiatives, ensuring seamless experiences, clear transitions, and shared accountability with Sales and RevOps.
• Build & Scale a High-Impact Demand Engine
• Lead comprehensive demand programs spanning performance marketing, paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, web strategy, conversion rate optimization, ABM, integrated campaigns, email, and programmatic marketing.
• Identify, evaluate, and expand the most effective demand channels, campaign types, and programs to generate qualified mid-market and enterprise pipeline.
• Oversee the design of the enterprise marketing-to-sales funnel, including qualification, scoring, routing, SLAs, and conversion optimization.
• Assist in expanding into new markets and regions with scalable, repeatable demand frameworks.
• Collaborate Across the Go-To-Market Organization
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership regarding pipeline planning, account coverage, forecast credibility, and deal acceleration.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Brand to ensure that demand programs are persona-driven, differentiated, and in line with ICPs and priority use cases.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on high-touch enterprise and executive initiatives, including ABM efforts, roundtables, curated dinners, roadshows, and industry events.
• Operate with Discipline & Modernize Operational Processes
• Establish and manage measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance definitions in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
• Regularly review performance, optimize expenditure and programs based on their impact, and effectively communicate results, insights, and trade-offs to executive leadership.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for AI-driven transformation within Growth Marketing to enhance experimentation speed, team productivity, and marketing effectiveness.
• Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a global team specializing in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance functions.
• Define ownership, priorities, and success metrics while staying close enough to the work to diagnose challenges and drive execution.
• Create operating rhythms that foster accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
• Over 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
• More than 7 years in senior leadership roles with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
• Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes—not just lead volume—in complex, global go-to-market settings
• Strong understanding of demand generation metrics, funnel optimization, forecasting, attribution, and marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar platforms)
• High credibility with Sales and executive leadership, with a history of cultivating high-trust cross-functional partnerships
