VP, Gout Core Asset Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the global asset strategy for the Gout portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Create and uphold a high-quality Integrated Project Plan (IPP), encompassing resources and budget considerations.

• Lead lifecycle management (LCM) efforts to enhance product value and maximize portfolio performance.

• Contribute to the prioritization of the portfolio and allocation of resources across Sobi’s immunology pipeline.

• Ensure preparedness and execution of U.S. regulatory submissions and approvals.

• Align evidence generation strategies with the asset strategy, directing clinical, medical, and real-world data priorities.

• Evaluate ex-U.S. markets to pinpoint viable pathways and formulate targeted geographic launch plans.

• Lead and nurture the Core Asset Team (CAT), incorporating expertise from R&D, Medical Affairs, TechOps, Commercial, and Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (a science background is highly preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience in global biopharma leadership, preferably within immunology, rheumatology, or metabolic diseases.

• Demonstrated success in lifecycle management, global asset strategy, and leadership in product launches.

• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• A strategic thinker with disciplined execution capabilities and sound business judgment.

• Effective communicator and influencer with senior-level stakeholders.

• Culturally adaptable, with experience in the U.S., Europe (especially Scandinavian and Swiss), and other international business settings.

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
