VP, Finance – Office of the CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the SVP of Finance & Business Development in steering the newly established Office of the CFO department.

• Offer client-facing assistance.

• Make leadership decisions on a daily basis.

• Drive results through mentoring and talent development.

• Effectively delegate authority and responsibilities.

• Motivate and maintain team cohesion and engagement.

• Articulate information and ideas clearly and concisely.

• Take accountability for projects and programs from their inception to completion.

• Build, lead, and guide a high-performing team.

• Set standards for service excellence and accountability measures.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience.

• CPA/CFA designation is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare finance with an emphasis on clinical and operational performance.

• More than 7 years of leadership experience.

• Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations.

• Proven advanced proficiency in AI and team management utilizing AI.

• Working knowledge of Epic is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
