This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan for Europe in close partnership with global marketing and regional sales leadership.
• Ensure the regional marketing strategy and plan align with global marketing objectives and company goals.
• Collaborate with the corporate communications and brand team to design, execute, and enhance brand awareness and promotional initiatives that elevate our presence and leadership in the region.
• Design and implement regional campaigns and pipeline development programs across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB segments, working closely with global campaigns, growth marketing, and product marketing teams.
• Establish and manage impactful customer advocacy and experience-driven programs that enable customers to share their stories and learn from each other’s experiences.
• Foster a close alignment between Marketing and Sales through shared and measurable objectives.
• Promote a data-driven culture within marketing to analyze performance and adjust investments according to regional sales priorities.
• Monitor the evolving market landscape and competitive dynamics, providing regional insights to the global team.
• Adapt campaigns and product positioning and messaging as necessary for localization.
• Create mechanisms for feedback to communicate regional successes to the global team.
• Significant management experience in a fast-paced cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of leading marketing teams and implementing strategies across various marketing facets, from brand awareness to pipeline generation.
• Strategic thinking ability regarding business growth in the region, including investment decisions and the formulation of a clear marketing strategy.
• Proficient in articulating the marketing plan to align key stakeholders and oversee its execution with the marketing team.
• Knowledgeable in creating and executing high-impact and valuable programs and experiences aimed at driving growth.
• Possesses a sense of urgency and focus on execution, inspiring this mindset within the team.
• Innovative thinker regarding strategies to enhance growth and customer engagement.
• Builds productive and collaborative working relationships across the organization, emphasizing a shared, results-oriented mission with Sales.
