This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive global strategy for facilities and real estate that aligns with business growth and innovation objectives.
• Supervise the selection of sites, negotiations of leases, capital project execution, and optimization of the portfolio.
• Direct the design, construction, and management of intricate environments, such as laboratories, cleanrooms, and technical facilities.
• Enhance cost efficiency, evaluate vendor performance, and facilitate long-term asset planning.
• Ensure the reliability and operational uptime of vital infrastructure systems (e.g., HVAC, power, specialized lab systems).
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide support for advanced technical equipment and experimental setups.
• Set standards for maintenance, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
• Spearhead global strategies for physical and cyber security, encompassing access control, surveillance, incident response, and risk mitigation.
• Safeguard personnel, intellectual property, and sensitive assets across all locations.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, legal, and compliance teams on comprehensive risk management.
• Develop and sustain a top-tier HSE program that ensures adherence to all local, national, and international regulations.
• Foster a proactive safety culture within laboratories, manufacturing, and office environments.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, training, and incident management operations.
• Lead and expand a high-performing, multidisciplinary global team.
• Create policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks for facilities, security, and safety operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership regarding risk management, continuity planning, and enterprise resilience.
• Administer budgets, capital investments, and vendor partnerships.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 20 years of relevant leadership experience in facilities, security, and/or HSE.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by contractual obligations, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or green card holders, as well as individuals granted asylum or refugee status.
• In compliance with national security regulations set by the U.S. Government, candidates must not be nationals of the People's Republic of China or Russia, unless they are also U.S. citizens.
