Staff Security Engineer – Enterprise Security

📋 Description

• Design, sustain, and enhance Snowflake's endpoint security solutions.

• Create intelligent security platforms and automate security operations utilizing AI.

• Oversee security events, investigate incidents, and establish real-time detection and prevention systems.

• Perform regular risk and threat assessments to proactively identify vulnerabilities.

• Formulate and execute unified security policies and procedures.

• Collaborate across Security, Engineering, IT, and Product teams to define the endpoint security strategy.

• Set and maintain the highest standards for security engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in information security.

• Expertise in software development with Python, Go, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.

• Practical experience in designing, deploying, and managing endpoint security tools.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and endpoint security principles.

• Experience in leading technical projects autonomously.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
