This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the identification, long-term positioning, and execution of capture strategies for key and strategic opportunities.

• Develop large-scale, strategic captures within the commercial market by collaborating with a matrixed team of functional and support specialists throughout the process, from qualification to opportunity closure. This includes crafting technical solutions, win strategies, and executing comprehensive capture plans while refining bid strategies to improve proposal readiness.

• Collects, evaluates, and verifies new customer requirements, both business and technical, in collaboration with Business Development, Project Management (Delivery), and Account Executives (Sales).

• Partners with Account leads to establish suitable contact plans and technical solutions that align with the customer's needs and bid strategy to secure the opportunity. Identifies organization-wide IT parameters and constraints that may affect the proposed solution.

• Recognizes potential competition and assesses their relative strengths and competitive risks.

• Anticipates, comprehends, and prepares for market challenges.

• Understands UT offerings and correlates them with client requirements and needs—identifying gaps and strategies to secure business.

• Utilizes a thorough understanding of pricing, baseline pricing strategies, and the evolution of pricing mechanisms to inform capture strategies that are both competitive and appealing to the customer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry with a focus on sales to commercial clients.

• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue growth objectives.

• Experience in physical security, managed services, or similar industries.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
